A great adaption of one of my favorite novels. I like my “books with pictures” (comics and manga and graphic novels and awesome). The book, which I love, includes some really great art. "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" - a fiendishly clever mash-up of Jane Austen's beloved classic with all-new scenes of zombie mayhem - is "A New York Times" bestseller and a major pop culture phenomenon. The killer I read the first book and then the graphic novel adaption. Marvel's graphic novel edition of Pride and Prejudice won't be the only Jane Austen-based work on comic-store shelves when Tony Lee's new project hits shelves. I bought this recently and found myself a little disappointed. The 2009 hit prose novel becomes a surprisingly good graphic novel. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: The Graphic Novel by Seth Grahame-Smith My rating: 5 of 5 stars. The only Jane Austen graphic novel that features mannered dancing and romance.
